Gerald was a member of the m-Qube founding team, which was acquired in 2006 by VeriSign, a leading messaging aggregator in North America. At VeriSign, Gerald headed the Mobile Content Delivery Network product management team. Earlier at m-Qube, Gerald led the development of m-Qube's technical platform and later, as Senior Vice-President of Product Management, Gerald built and headed m-Qube's Product Management organization. Prior to m-Qube, Gerald held the positions of Vice-President of Commerce Platform Development at Open Market, an e-commerce pioneer. Gerald has over a decade of experience in product development and large scale software systems with particular expertise in mobile technologies, messaging, billing and electronic commerce. At Open Market, Gerald led the development of Open Market's second generation web based, highly scalable, Internet e-commerce transaction engine, which was the commercial backbone for some of the highest-profile Web sites at the time.

Srinivasarao most recently served as Vice President of Professional Services of go2 Media, Inc. Prior to joining go2 Media, NSR joined m-Qube, a pioneer in mobile marketing and mobile aggregation services, as a Principal Architect. As a founding member of m-Qube, he was instrumental in building core infrastructure and early products helping launch mobile marketing and gateway aggregation services in North America. NSR grew the professional services technology team from 1 person to 40 persons at m-Qube and managed the media business unit technology team. In May 2006 m-Qube was acquired by VeriSign and he moved into managing consulting services for the media storefront, interactive TV and mobile marketing units of VeriSign. Previously, NSR worked for almost 9 years at Wipro in different capacities in building client relationships, managing offshore and onsite teams at OpenMarket, architecting several large scale integration projects and developing solutions as part of a presales process. NSR holds a master's degree in computer applications from Regional Engineering College, Warangal. In his spare time, he enjoy reading books, long distance running and brainstorming ideas with friends.
Co-Founder / VP of Sales & Marketing
Keith has been helping technology start-ups achieve market leadership for the last 15 years. He met fellow co-founders, Gerald and NSR, at Open Market when it was the market leader in Internet Commerce software. Joining Open Market in its pre-revenue phase, Keith held executive roles as head of Strategic Accounts, General Manager of SMB Business and VP of Product Marketing. Under Keith's direction, Open Market software was being operated by banks and telcos in over 30 countries worldwide. Prior to that, Keith was VP of Marketing at EDS's Personal Communications division. Keith joined Appex prior to its acquisition by EDS. Providing software and services to mobile carriers, the business grew from $6M to $100M annually during Keith’s tenure. Most recently, Keith was General Manager at eCopy, a document productivity company, leading the development of new partnerships and channels with global partners such as Ricoh and Konica Minolta.

Co-Founder / Advisor
David served for several years as VP Corporate Development for Rakuten, Inc., a $6B publicly-traded Internet and E-Commerce company (JASDAQ: 4755). As a member of Rakuten's International Business Headquarters, David was responsible for global M&A and business development activities, which included:
- Board Advisor, LinkShare, Rakuten's global online marketing platform acquired for $425M in 2005
- Board Member, CauseLoyalty, Rakuten's US-based loyalty marketing platform, acquired in 2007
Prior to joining Rakuten, David led M&A for CMGI, a diversified Internet services company. While at CMGI, David worked on a variety of acquisitions in Internet, media and e-commerce companies, and actively worked with CMGI portfolio companies including Alta Vista (YHOO), Engage, NaviSite (NAVI), uBid (CCSR), and iCast. David also led the CMGI strategic partnership program, exploring joint ventures and co-investment opportunities with leading technology and media companies such as Microsoft, HP, Sony, Primedia, Clear Channel, and others.
David started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the tax/transaction support group. David has a BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD from University of Detroit School of Law. He was Managing Director of the UD Law Review.
